Typical shift as a Housing Concierge

• This role is more than just night security; it involves supporting our customers directly when other support isn't available.
• Manage the health and safety of the building, including patrols to check fire doors and ensure security.
• Respond to situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising alarms for emergency services.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness, including wielding a mop or broom when needed.

You bring

• Calmness under pressure and excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations (public service, military, etc.)
• Interest in people, keen observation skills, and sensitivity in intervention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with full backup from support teams
• Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage paid by us
