Job summary

Oyster Partnership is recruiting multiple Housing Compliance Officers to join a busy London local authority. You will undertake property compliance visits and ensure landlords meet statutory obligations, supporting improved standards across the private rented sector.

Working within a dedicated compliance team, you will inspect properties, identify breaches, and produce reports while liaising with landlords, agents and tenants. Immediate interviews available for quick starts.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Local Authority Private Sector Housing team.
• Experience undertaking housing compliance inspections.
• Good knowledge of housing legislation and licensing schemes.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
