A leading housing charity is seeking a dedicated Housing Compliance Officer to manage tenancy allocations and ensure compliance with housing regulations. With a competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000, the role offers opportunities to support older people and enhance their living conditions.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Compliance Officer to join our team at BCOP. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenancy allocations, delivering high-quality housing management services, supporting maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with all housing and safety regulations.
You will be part of a collaborative team, providing essential support to older people in our care homes and housing schemes, ensuring they have safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes.
Location: Office in Stirchley, managing various properties across Birmingham
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week
