Qualifications

• Proven experience within a customer service environment, ideally in housing or public service.
• Experience handling varied customer needs, including safeguarding considerations.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits and tenancy management is desirable.

• Conduct property viewings and sign-ups, informing tenants about local area and property.
