Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenues and/or Benefits.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Confident decision-maker in liability and recovery matters.

• Assess and process Housing Benefit & Council Tax Support claims.
• Manage Council Tax & Non-Domestic Rates billing and recovery.
• Respond to customer queries with clarity and confidence.
