Job summary

Tai Tarian in Briton Ferry, Wales, is seeking a Housing Assistant (Support) in the Enhanced Housing Team to deliver personalised tenant support and help them live more independently.

Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, you will liaise with internal teams, housing applicants and partner agencies to provide an effective and efficient service, contributing to great service delivery standards.

Housing Assistant (Support) - Enhanced Housing Team

We are currently recruiting for permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £30,997 per year.

Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role focuses on making a difference every day by providing personalised support, building trusting relationships and helping tenants live more independently.

Liaising with internal teams, housing applicants and partner agencies, this role is responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service.

This role contributes to the delivery our key Housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting the set measures of success.
