Job Description:

You will be working as part of a dedicated team to manage high-quality accommodation and services while providing assistance to customers. You will be the first point of contact for the premises, responding to all inquiries via phone, email, or in person. You will maintain the safety and security of customers, colleagues, visitors, contractors, as well as the premises and equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Provide assistance or guidance to customers; support them to fulfill the terms of their occupancy agreement.
  2. Encourage feedback from customers, recording and responding to any complaints and compliments.
  3. Ensure safeguarding concerns are promptly addressed and appropriate action is taken following Great Places procedures.
  4. Actively ensure the security of the building, conduct health and safety inspections, and report communal repairs through appropriate channels.
  5. Follow financial procedures and take responsibility for all monies held and received.
  6. Responsible for communal cleaning and void cleaning, along with the wider team.

What you’ll need:

  • Qualified to at least level 2 in English and Maths
  • Evidence of IT skills
  • Experience in providing front-line customer service in busy environments with a courteous and helpful manner
  • Ability to project a positive image of Great Places through interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and promptly under pressure, maintaining attention to detail
  • Effective liaison with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
