Position Details

• Rate: £14.37 per hour (PAYE)
• Type: Temporary role

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide an excellent, customer-focused housing allocations service.
2. Process housing applications and offer advice on housing allocations and homelessness.
3. Assist in the operation of the allocation system, manage and update the housing register, register applications, and determine banding according to policies.
4. Maintain casework records and validate applications.
5. Resolve customer enquiries efficiently, acting as the first point of contact and escalating issues when necessary.
