About the Team:

The Adolescent Service is a multi-agency team which will be offering an alternative approach to supporting Adolescents, intervening early to prevent concerns escalating. Housing is a key issue for many families and by placing Housing Advisors within these teams we hope to ensure that issues are picked up and addressed before reaching crisis point.
