Wyre Forest District Council is seeking a Housing Advice Assistant to be the first point of contact for households with housing needs. You will assess circumstances, offer immediate solutions, and refer more complex cases to Housing Officers.
You will help manage temporary accommodation sign-ups, assist with service charges, and provide housing guidance via email and phone. A DBS check is required, with flexible hours and some after-hours work anticipated.

We are looking for a Housing Advice Assistant to join our team as the first point of contact for households with housing needs. The successful candidate should have a passion for supporting people, be inquisitive to determine a households housing needs and able to work collaboratively with the team to identify housing solutions.
