Job summary

Lewisham Council’s Resident and Engagement Services is recruiting a Home Ownership Service Admin & RTB Officer in Catford. You will provide general administrative support to the Home Ownership Service team, manage correspondence, and update leaseholder and Right to Buy applicant records.

The role involves drafting responses to member enquiries, escalating safeguarding concerns, assisting with service charge statements, and may include home or estate visits.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Good customer service skills.
• Educated to Grade A-C standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Home Ownership Service team.
• Manage correspondence and update leaseholder and RTB applicant records.
• Assist with production of service charge statements and bills.
• Respond to correspondence and complaints; draft responses for enquiries.
• Identify vulnerable residents and escalate safeguarding concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments on complex cases; may conduct visits.
