Job summary

Unite Group, through its Unite Students brand, is recruiting a Housekeeping Team Member to maintain welcoming communal areas for students. You will work with student experience and facilities to uphold high cleanliness and presentation, helping create a home-like environment across our student accommodation.

We value curiosity, openness to learning, and a can-do attitude. You will be part of a supportive team, joining a role with 37.5 hours per week across 5 days from 7am to 10pm.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience and passion for high cleanliness standards.
• Great attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service.
• Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to help in all aspects of the role.
• Approachable and friendly, building good relationships with students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in presenting communal and shared areas to encourage student satisfaction.
• Be a friendly, supportive presence for students and colleagues and signpost help when needed.
• Ensure safety and sustainability by keeping properties clean, safe, and environmentally conscious.
• Own your space and act on issues rather than walking past problems.
