Job summary

Holiday Inn Oxford is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to maintain clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces for our guests during their stay.

You will work as part of a team, follow standard cleaning routines and report damages or maintenance issues promptly. This role suits those who take pride in presentation, pay attention to detail and can work to routines and timeframes, with opportunities to grow within LGH Hotels Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is not required; new entrants welcome.
• Pride in presenting clean spaces with attention to detail.
• Able to work to routines and timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
• Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably.

Key Responsibilities
