Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member for Littlecote House in Hungerford. The role involves cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and suites to high standards, changing linens, restocking amenities and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms and suites to standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, replace towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, mop floors and empty bins.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Restock cleaning trolleys and manage linen stock levels.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene guidelines.

Join our team at Littlecote House, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 208-bedroom hotel in Hungerford is steeped in history and includes a spa, entertainment area, and dining facilities.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 per hour dependent on age

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Member to join us at Warner Hotels. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering great guest experiences and take pride in attention to detail. In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team, helping to create a clean, safe, and inviting environment where our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

As a Housekeeping Team Member you'll be:

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and suites to standards.
• Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, mopping floors, and emptying bins.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
• Restocking cleaning trolleys and manage linen stock levels.
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene guideline

As well as any other tasks your line manager asks you to do. We're happy to train you if you've never worked in a Housekeeping team before.
