Job summary

Park Holidays UK Ltd. Coghurst Hall Hastings is seeking a friendly housekeeping team member to keep holiday homes and communal areas spotless, assist with laundry, and maintain stock levels while ensuring safety.

You will work Monday and Friday, be part of a supportive team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our park network.

Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; training is provided; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently within working hours.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and laundry duties.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and laundry practices.
• Willingness to work on the specified days (Monday and Friday) and adapt to varying tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organised.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels to ensure they are clean and ready for guest use.
• Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and cleaning staff to prioritise tasks and ensure that all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.
