Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Royal Tunbridge Wells to lead the housekeeping team and work closely with the Head Housekeeper and hotel management. You will drive cleanliness standards, guide staff development, and ensure operations align with guest satisfaction goals.

You will coordinate with reception and reservations, scheduling and assigning tasks, and maintaining a seamless guest experience across the property.

• Attention to detail to ensure rooms and areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Strong management skills to train and develop staff.
• Efficient time management to complete tasks within schedules.
• Excellent communication with hotel staff and guests.
