Omni Facilities Management Limited is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team within a 24/7 operation. The role includes supervising cleaning duties, linen management, and ensuring rooms meet the hotel standard.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervision experience and a confident, professional, welcoming demeanor. The company offers two weekly payments, up to 28 days paid holiday, a permanent contract, and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and carry out various housekeeping duties including room cleaning/public area cleaning/linen management/supervision.
• Check each room daily on the assigned floor, to ensure it has been cleaned, includes necessary supplies, and is presented to the hotel's required standard.
• Perform any related duties and special projects, which may be assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Cover the Head Housekeeper when they on days off.
