Job summary

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Holiday Inn Express Southampton. A friendly, guest-focused team can teach you what you need to know, and hotel housekeeping experience is useful but not essential.

You will lead and supervise the housekeeping team, drive cleanliness standards, and coordinate tasks with the Head Housekeeper. A 34-hour week at £14.10 per hour is offered with opportunities for progression and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience would be useful, but not essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise a team.
• Commitment to high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great guest experience through a high standard of cleaning.
• Monitor and supervise Housekeeping Assistants in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
• Coordinate daily tasks and priorities with the Head Housekeeper and team.
• Maintain Atlas standards in all public and private areas and assist with training.
