Job summary

Atlas Hotels is seeking an Assistant Head Housekeeper at the Holiday Inn Express Glasgow City Centre Riverside. The role involves leading the housekeeping team across shifts, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping
• Strong leadership and people-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the housekeeping team to ensure a great guest experience
• Supervise, guide and motivate housekeeping staff and supervisors
• Support induction and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain Atlas values and operating procedures
• Manage rostering and ensure effective shift communications
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel
