Rockliffe is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our luxury 5-star resort in Tees Valley. This hands-on supervisory role requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional standards.

You will lead daily operations, coach the team, inspect rooms and public areas, and coordinate with Reception to manage arrivals and special requests. Experience in a luxury hotel environment is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping with supervisory or team-leading roles.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in high standards.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and priorities.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Inspect bedrooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Work with Reception to coordinate arrivals and departures.
• Manage stock, costs, and wastage to maintain quality.
• Support health and safety and data protection procedures.
