Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, deputise for the Head Housekeeper, and help maintain a welcoming, boutique-style atmosphere for guests.

You’ll ensure high cleanliness standards, manage linen and amenities, coordinate with maintenance, and support the General Manager to deliver memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning rooms to high standards and ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming.
• Promptly reporting maintenance issues and following safety guidelines.
• Managing stocks of linen, towels and room supplies; training new and existing team members.
• Providing updates to the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
