We're actively seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Pennyhill.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise room attendants, ensure rooms and corridors are cleaned to standard, and deliver professional guest service. You will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Pennyhill is a busy resort with 124 rooms spread over 124 acres.

Role Responsibility

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in department operations in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
• Checking and preparing rooms for guest return.
• Spot checking serviced rooms daily.
• Training new room attendants.
• Managing work lists and rotas.
• Attending training sessions.
• Reporting maintenance issues.
• Cleaning and servicing bedrooms as needed.
• Maintaining uniform standards.
• Handling guest requests for amenities and items in rooms.
• Inspecting soft furnishings and carpets for repairs and stains.
