Bupa's The Bridles care home in Wincanton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas. This full-time role (37.5 hours) runs 09:00–17:00 and includes alternating weekend shifts, providing a stable schedule and an opportunity to contribute to a residents-centered environment.
You will guide housekeepers, manage rotas, ensure supplies, and work closely with maintenance and management to keep rooms and communal spaces spotless.
