Housekeeping Supervisor - Live In Accommodation Available

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness?

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at De Vere Tortworth Court, a 201-bedroom hotel near Wotton-under-Edge and Bristol.

Your responsibilities will include checking bedrooms daily, proactively addressing housekeeping needs to ensure guest comfort, and leading by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You will foster a warm, appreciative culture within your team, build genuine relationships, and support administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts, and rotas to ensure smooth department operations.

Your Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role; hotel housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness
• Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent organisation and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively
