Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, The Venues Collection in Nottingham, is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team delivering cleaning services across our venues for up to 24 hours per week.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards in a range of areas, handle dusting, vacuuming and sanitising, and support a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Have cleaning experience in a similar role.
• Be passionate about customer service.
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming to a high standard.
• Sanitising surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints regularly.
• Performing additional cleaning duties as required.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Ensuring areas are clean, presentable and safe for visitors following policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and safe for visitors by following the required policies and procedures
• Following all health & safety guidelines when using equipment
