We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Location: Summer Lodge Country House, Dorset

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: 40 hours per week / 5 days on and 2 days off

Salary: £26,100 per year

Key Responsibilities Of a Housekeeping Supervisor

• Checking and inspecting up to 60 rooms per shift.
• Assisting in the training of team members.
• Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system throughout the shift.
• Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties.
• Assisting in the control and issuing of keys.
• Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate cover at all times.
• Directly supervising team members.

• Previous experience in housekeeping and team supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests professionally.
