Job summary

Crowne Plaza Harrogate is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to train and supervise all members of the housekeeping department, driving standards and guest satisfaction. You’ll motivate the team, coach colleagues and help maintain the highest levels of cleanliness across the hotel.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with shifts across evenings and weekends. The role offers career training and apprenticeships alongside our brand training scheme to develop your supervisory skills.

• 13.37 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you enjoy motivating, coaching and supporting others in being the best they can be? You can put your skills to the test as you will be responsible for the training and supervision of all members of the housekeeping department.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
