We are looking for a hands‑on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a small Housekeeping team, ensuring our luxurious 14 guest rooms are maintained to the highest of standards.

Role
  • Supervising and motivating the Housekeeping team, ensuring all standards are consistently met.
  • Re‑stocking guest amenities, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
  • Reporting maintenance issues as soon as possible.
  • Ensuring all chemicals are stored correctly and team members are trained, in line with COSSH requirements.
  • Assisting with the organisation of inventories for linen, uniform and lost property.
The Person
  • Customer service focused, taking every opportunity to delight our guests.
  • Experienced in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury environment and in a supervisory role.
  • Self‑motivated and confident in leading a small team, with a hands‑on, can‑do approach.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Immaculately well groomed and presented, setting the highest of standards for your team.

Shift Pattern

40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. Typical hours: 07:00‑15:30, 09:00‑17:30 and 12:00‑20:30, with some variation depending on business needs.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, plus tronc.
