Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy team across our Dunfermline hotels. You’ll ensure clean, inviting spaces and support the Housekeeping Manager to deliver first-class guest experiences.

You'll coach, schedule shifts, monitor standards, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Previous supervisory housekeeping experience is essential.

About the Role:

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the team delivering first-class cleanliness and comfort across the hotel.

You’ll lead by example, supporting the Housekeeping Manager by supervising the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring all rooms and public areas are immaculately presented. You’ll motivate your team to take pride in their work, ensuring guest satisfaction is always top of mind.

In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll keep the department running smoothly meeting targets, coordinating shift tasks, and working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
