Beds & Bars in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Team Member Housekeeping to help guests enjoy a clean, comfortable stay across our hostels. You will clean guest rooms, common areas, and bathrooms to high standards, and work as part of a lively, international team.

This role is active and hands-on, requires stamina, and offers training through our Footsteps Program and Mapal platform, plus strong staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, linen, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, kitchens, lounges).
• Restock amenities, towels, and toiletries; keep supplies organized.
• Handle laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, distributing linens.
• Dispose of waste properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and respond to requests.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Manage time to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
