Job summary

Premier Inn in Leicester City Centre is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards and exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the Hotel Manager and drive daily operations, training, and performance across the housekeeping function.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and change in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance and COSHH.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver high standards.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management of the team.
• Oversee laundry and labour controls; manage brand standards and audits.
• Ensure 100% Health and Safety compliance and effective incident reporting.
• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to enhance guest experience.
