Job summary

The Hoburne Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the team responsible for cleaning and maintaining sublet accommodation across our parks. You will drive exceptional service, manage rotas and reporting, and uphold the highest cleanliness standards.

You will also oversee onboarding, attendance, annual leave, and recruitment using online systems, with a requirement for a full clean driving licence. Weekend and Bank Holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of company and private sublet accommodation after occupancy.
• Report faults, damages or potential problems promptly to the appropriate person.
• Maintain H&S records and manage staff rotas, onboarding, leave, rostering and recruitment.
