Whitbread is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Harrogate Town Centre at Premier Inn. The role offers a salary up to £36,500 with 33 days holiday, uniform, training and a strong bonus potential.
You will lead the housekeeping team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and work with the Hotel Manager to drive performance across departments. You will recruit, train and manage performance, oversee laundry and labour controls, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

As Housekeeping Manager you’ll play a key part in the management team, taking the business to the next level. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and working closely with all other departments you’ll lead from the front ensuring the successful daily running of the site. You will be responsible for driving performance through inspiring and developing the housekeeping team to deliver our high standards consistently, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and making us the most loved hotel brand.
