Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Harrogate Town Centre is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You will report to the Hotel Manager, recruiting, training and developing the housekeeping team while managing laundry, labour, and safety compliance to support a smoothly run operation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a housekeeping team in hospitality.
• Able to recruit, train and manage performance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety (COSHH).
• Attention to detail and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to drive performance and maintain high standards.
• Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training and performance management of the team.
• Take accountability for laundry and labour controls and cost efficiency.
• Ensure brand standards and 100% health and safety compliance across the hotel.
