Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking a Head of Department for Housekeeping at Holiday Inn Express Wakefield. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, create a welcoming environment, and drive service standards across the hotel.

You will support development of staff, build positive relationships with guests and colleagues, and help shape a culture where people can grow and succeed in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
