Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to deliver a first-class guest experience. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, launder linen, replenish amenities and follow health and safety procedures to protect guests and colleagues.

This role supports Staybridge Suites Birmingham and broader Aimbridge properties, offering training, staff discounts, and benefits while you contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for tidiness in guest rooms and common areas.
• Ability to manage time effectively to clean rooms within set timeframes.
• Strong communication with staff and guests to respond to requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Launder linen and replenish amenities as required.
• Comply with health and safety, fire procedures and COSHH regulations.
• Support a first-class guest experience in line with brand standards.
