Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, comfortable home for residents. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you’ll follow a cleaning schedule and ensure high standards across all areas.

We offer full-time (40 hours) or part-time (25 hours) contracts with shifts starting at 8:00am. The role includes weekend work on a rota and pays £13.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Clean and detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene.
• Experience in a domestic environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule diligently and ensure high standards across all areas.
• Report defects or damage promptly to maintain a pristine environment.
