Job summary

CrossReach is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Inverness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across resident areas. You will contribute to residents’ comfort, wellbeing and quality of life by following schedules, infection control procedures, and supporting laundry activities as needed.

The role emphasises reliability, organisation and pride in a clean, welcoming environment, with full training provided and a focus on resident care and dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience welcome but not essential.
• Good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, organised and committed to a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
• Support laundry duties where required.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report stock requirements.
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Work as part of a team to support the service.
