Job Opportunity: Housekeeping Assistant Part Time

Salary: £9,756.25 per annum (£12.50 per hour)

Hours: 17.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 09:00am

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role

Join our team at Acorn Park School in Norwich as a Housekeeping Assistant, contributing to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the school.

Responsibilities

1. Promote the school's reputation by ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
2. Handle equipment and chemicals correctly, following safety regulations and minimizing waste.
3. Perform daily and weekly cleaning routines, including special duties as needed.
4. Support team members in completing tasks requiring additional staff.
5. Assist with laundry operations when necessary.
6. Report compliments, comments, complaints, defects, damage, theft, or hazards.
7. Carry out duties safely, prioritizing health, safety, and welfare for all on site.

Note on Work Pattern
