As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your keen eye for detail will be evident in the environment you help create. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although full training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. We value positive energy, a natural ability to get along with people, effective communication skills, and a considerate and kind approach when interacting with residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
