Experience is not essential, as we will provide all necessary training and support. What’s important is that you are caring, enthusiastic, and energetic. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential. You should also be kind, genuinely interested in older people and their needs, and committed to treating everyone with respect and dignity.
