THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool; The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in May 2023 and have revitalized this historic building. Our Heartists aspire to create memorable moments for all guests, sharing stories from the past and creating their own tales of MGallery magic. The hotel features 179 bedrooms in a landmark building, with a clock tower and bells setting the tone. It offers various restaurants, bars, and a spa sanctuary, providing a place for guests to enjoy unforgettable experiences and embark on their own journeys with MGallery.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

What you'll be doing...

Our hotel aims to impress guests with its visual impact. As a Housekeeping Heartist, you'll maintain our 5* standards and ensure bedrooms and public areas are pristine, adding personal touches to create a luxurious sanctuary for guests.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire based on personality & potential, but here are some requirements...

• A positive, can-do attitude and pride in our hotel standards.
• The ability to welcome guests with attention to detail and warmth.
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.

Other duties include:

• Maintaining service standards and efficiency, creating memorable experiences with your presentation skills.
• Being aware of arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Working positively and collaboratively with all departments and Heartists.
