About The Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you’ll do so with kindness and attention to detail.

HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although we will provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. Strong communication skills, including listening and giving instructions, are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues alike.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate procedures to report concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and undertake additional training as needed.
