About The Role

In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and attention to detail.

HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with or without experience; we provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. Effective communication skills, including listening and giving instructions, are essential. All interactions should be considerate and kind.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
