Job summary

Scape Wembley is seeking a Housekeeper Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at Scape Wembley. The role involves assigning duties, inspecting cleaning standards, handling complaints, and ensuring stock and safety procedures are followed.

You will drive service quality and efficiency across the team. The position requires strong organisational skills, reliability, and a collaborative approach to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective action
• Obtain list of rooms and areas to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments
• Take inventory of stock to ensure adequate supplies
• Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Perform cleaning duties daily
• Establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff
• Understanding and following our health and safety policy, operational procedures, risk assessments and method statements
• To ensure cleaning materials instructions are always adhered to and aware of COSHH

Housekeeper Supervisor

Location:

Scape, Wembley

Hours:

40 hours per week
