Job summary

Nellsar is seeking a Domestic Assistant / Cleaner at Hengist Field Care Home in Sittingbourne. This role focuses on keeping the home spotless and welcoming, supporting residents, families, and visitors with a courteous, respectful approach.

You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing training, opportunities for progression via apprenticeships, and enhanced DBS paid for by the company. 30 contracted hours per week with early weekend free where applicable.

• Experience of working with cleaning equipment and understanding the risks involved.
• Understanding and applying health and safety requirements of the role.
• Understanding and applying infection prevention and control requirements of the role.

Location: Hengist Field Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent

Contracted hours: 30 hours (to include – every other weekend free, as applicable)

Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements. (Hourly) rate of pay: £13
