Join our friendly and dedicated Renal Team as a Ward-Based Housekeeper. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to patients receiving specialist renal care, helping to create a clean, safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff. Working across Langley Ward and supporting the Acute Renal Service, you will be an important member of the multidisciplinary team. Your role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting infection prevention measures, managing stock levels, assisting with meal services, and ensuring ward areas remain organised and patient-focused. No two days are the same, and your contribution will play a key part in delivering excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable, organised and takes pride in their work. You will need good communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compassionate environment for some of our most vulnerable patients. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment, supporting infection prevention and control standards, ensuring ward areas are organised and well stocked, assisting with meal and beverage services, and helping create a positive experience for patients and visitors.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a busy multidisciplinary team. You will need good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while recognising when to seek support.
