Job summary

Smartrental Group is seeking a housekeeping team member to ensure rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will clean rooms and common spaces, replenish items, and report issues to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or similar roles.
• Basic English required; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of rooms, apartments and common areas.
• Replace bedding, towels and guest amenities as needed.
• Keep corridors, service areas and storage clean and tidy.
• Prepare rooms to the highest standard before guests arrive.
• Report maintenance issues or missing items to the relevant dept.
• Support guest experience with a clean, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols.

What will you do?

• Perform daily cleaning of rooms, apartments, and common areas following brand standards.
• Change and replenish bedding, towels, and guest amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage rooms.
• Ensure that all rooms are prepared to the highest standard before guests arrive.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the relevant department.
• Support the guest experience by providing a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

What do we look for?

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or similar roles (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Basic English (additional languages are valued).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive, responsible, and service-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
