Job summary

Rusacks St Andrews is a sought-after hospitality venue delivering exceptional guest comfort. You will join our housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming, with pride in every detail.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends. Full training is provided, along with meals on duty and uniform.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.
• Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and public spaces to brand standards.
• Restock amenities and keep spaces tidy and inviting.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Handle laundry, sorting and returning items as required.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Assist with guest requests and ensure comfort.
• Address guest concerns politely and report issues to the Duty Manager.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by ensuring our rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to brand standards.

• Restocking amenities and ensuring presentation is tidy and inviting.

• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

• Handling laundry, including collection, sorting, and returning items where required.

• Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Assisting with any reasonable guest requests and ensuring their comfort.

• Ensuring any guest concerns are resolved courteously and reporting issues to the Duty Manager.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have:
