Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking a Housekeeper in Bisham Abbey to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for guests and the local community. You will support high standards across the site, ensuring a positive experience in sport, leisure, events, and accommodation facilities.

Experience in cleaning and a strong eye for detail are essential. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and good communication, with weekend shifts on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Experience working in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, accommodation, or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexible approach to work, including weekend working on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties across designated areas, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, and waste disposal.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in sports, conference, accommodation, and communal areas.
• Prepare rooms and facilities to a high standard for guests and visitors.
• Clean shower, changing, and bathroom areas in line with required standards.
• Support deep cleaning activities, including carpet cleaning, descaling, and window cleaning where required.
• Help maintain safe cleaning stores and support colleagues with other reasonable duties across the site.
